An exciting week coming up with plenty of things going on as usual. I cannot wait to start Bits and Bytes and also really looking forward to The Best of British event coming up on Friday!
The first day of the week! I was mainly working on some Winter Wonderland stuff and we were also planning for the new project Bits and Bytes starting the following day. I can’t wait to start working in Primary schools and seeing what this amazing project has to offer.
A new day and Bits and Bytes! I could not wait! Our first day of the project and wow it was amazing. Our first school in the morning was Leverington and we were working with year 4. The main focus of the first session was to get to know the children better and make them think more creatively using Lego. The children were great and all looked like they had an amazing time, well I certainly did. Then in the afternoon we worked with a class of year 5 and 6 at Kinderly. What a great start to a great project. And then the Lego spilt everywhere in Ben’s car… Lego is officially the most annoying thing to sort out.
A new day to another awesome week at 20Twenty. Wednesday me, Kylan and Gordon filmed some stuff for a promotional film we are making about the Skoulding Suite which is a hall you can hire out at the Town Hall. Then I did other bits and bobs what need doing.
Bits and Bytes again! We were at Nene in Ramnoth on Thursday and wow what a great time I had. We were working with two year 5 classes, one in the morning and one in the afternoon and both of them were amazing! They were very enthusiastic and really wanted to win the end prize of the 18 weeks we are working with them which is a trip to Harry Potter Studios! What a prize. I hope I can go!
Friday was a very good day. It was The Best of British day! At 1:30 we went to the Braza Club in March and started to set up. There was lots to do but we managed to get it all done. It was a really good event and well done to all crew and performers involved.
What an amazing week!
