Cooking at Home helps young people learn key life skills while cooking for their families. They learn to budget for groceries, weigh out ingredients, manage food waste, nutrition, timings and food presentation. 

Each young person enrolled onto our 3-week programme receives the ingredients and instructions at home for each week’s meal.

There are a total of 12 main meals and 12 desserts with a range of recipes to add to their cooking skills for future, all organised by a professional chef.
