5-ways to Well-being

The 5-ways to well-being project is a 6-week activity that helps young people develop skills to maintain their own sense of well-being. 

What will your class do?

Your class will:

  • Learn basic sign language skills (how to finger-spell their name)
  • Play footgolf to problem solve
  • Develop their crafting skills
  • Create and design their own environmental action plans
  • Take part in an environmental quiz
  • Learn about sensory boxes

What will your class create?

Your class will:

  • Create an environmental action plan
  • Create their own stress ball
  • Create their own sensory box

How will they benefit by taking part?

Your class will:

  • Improve their communication skills
  • Develop problem solving skills
  • Develop their understanding of climate change issues
  • Be able to better support their own sense of well-being
  • Improve their connection with friends
