The Push Positive Programme

The Push Positive programme is twelve sessions over a six-week period. Our qualified personal trainer will support you through each session, which includes nutritional support. Sessions are tailored to meet your health goals. It is important to me that your sessions are enjoyable, informative and beneficial to you as an individual. We will perform regular evaluations to make sure this is the case.

Sessions are 45 minutes long and will take place at Neale-Wade where we have been able to set up a gym environment. Sessions will include a mix of cardio, weight training and boxing.

At the end of the programme we will discuss your next steps. Our trainer will help with you create a training plan and support you to access fitness activities in the community. We want you to feel that you are in a safe environment for the duration of your journey, including your transition into community activities.
