IDEA
As an organisation and individuals, we respect, encourage, and appreciate what makes us all unique. From our board members to employees and those we work with and for. We will make our programmes as inclusive, diverse, equal and accessible as possible.
20Twenty Productions CIC is committed to ‘IDEA’ in its provision of services and in all its employment practices, policies and procedures. This includes recruitment, training, remuneration and promotion and equal terms and conditions of employment. We are all committed to the creation of a non-discriminatory working environment.
Inclusion
Providing equal access and opportunities for people who otherwise would be excluded or marginalised. ‘Inclusion’ is where we make the most of our diversity. We celebrate our differences and ensure that everyone feels safe and comfortable to be themselves, share their ideas and contribute fully.
Diversity
A practice that involves individuals from a range of different ethnic and social backgrounds. ‘Diversity’ means that staff and volunteers reflect the diversity in our service users and society more broadly. This is not limited to protected characteristics, but to all the differences people have.
Equality
The fairness and justice of the way that individuals are treated. ‘Equality’ assumes everyone has the same opportunities to fulfil their potential free from discrimination and ensures everyone’s starting point is equal. Additional measures will be used to support specific marginalised groups to create equality.
Accessibility
The practice of making information and activities in an environment as usable for as many individuals as possible. ‘Accessibility’ is where the environment in which an individual enters is met with the same access as everyone else. Making their experience as enjoyable and stress-free. Additional measure will be used to enhance and support the needs of access.

Curiously Diverse
20Twenty Productions CIC is proud to announce that it is working towards achieving the Curiously Divergent Neuro-Inclusive Award, a structured accreditation programme that recognises organisations committed to creating environments where neurodivergent individuals can thrive.
Developed by Curiously Divergent, a neuro-affirming organisation led by lived experience, the award guides participants through a step-by-step process to evaluate and strengthen their neuro-inclusion practices.
“Having lived experience, I am incredibly passionate about leading this award for our company. I know I can bring a safe inclusive environment where everyone is valued and can bring their authentic self to work. This award will help us further imbed inclusion in everything that we do” said Teigan, Inclusivity Co-ordinator.
The Neuro-Inclusive Award helps organisations assess and improve across six key areas:
- Skilled Staff – building knowledge and confidence across the team
- Supportive Partners – engaging families, professionals, and community allies
- Inclusive Governance – embedding inclusion into leadership and policy
- Accessible Programme Design – ensuring access and flexibility in all services
- Wellbeing Support – supporting neurodivergent and neurotypical staff alike
- Amplified Voices – centring lived experience and feedback in decision-making
Through a year-long process of reflection, action planning, coaching, and re-evaluation, organisations gain practical tools and confidence to create genuine, sustainable change.
“Being part of this Award is a meaningful reminder that real progress happens when every voice is welcomed, valued, and empowered. It’s an opportunity to celebrate the stories and perspectives that often go unheard, and to reaffirm our commitment to creating spaces where everyone feels seen and supported. I’m proud to stand behind that vision and to contribute to a future built on respect, belonging, and genuine inclusion”. Rhianna, Wellbeing Projects Officer.
20Twenty Productions CIC joins a growing network of forward-thinking organisations across the UK that are redefining what inclusion looks like in the workplace and beyond.
