School PPA support

Our PPA programme provides classroom based activities and learning for pupils whilst helping school leadership allocate precious PPA time to teachers. Many of these activities have links to the curriculum:

What subjects do we support

PPA supported classes can enjoy:

  • Curriculum ICT including desktop software, graphic design, and coding
  • A wide range of music based activities including instruments, song-writing and singing
  • Media activities including photography, film production and stop animation
  • A wide range of arts and crafts activities
  • An environmental program that covers biodiversity, climate justice and climate change
  • DT including robotics

Duration of support

Typically our programme provides a minimum of 1.5 hours of support per class per week. However, we are happy to discuss alternate session lengths and intervals. The programme itself can cover:

  • The whole school year
  • One or two terms
  • A bespoke number of weeks

Supporting information

  • All staff are DBS checked
  • All staff attend training to better support children with SEND and/or an EHCP
  • We can provide an evaluation of learning at key stages of delivery
  • All necessary equipment is provided
  • We request information on pupils that have special educational needs to provide support
  • Two 20Twenty staff members will attend each session
