Meet the team

Katherine Nightingale
CEO & Creative Director
Katherine is the founding Director of 20Twenty Productions. Katherine loves to support our youth theatres as a director, producer and script writer. This resonates with her passion of working with and supporting children and young people. Katherine is passionate about the difference that arts can make to the lives of everyone, but particularly children and young people, especially the impact on their confidence and overall mental health and wellbeing.

Tim Nightingale
Director of ICT and STEM Activities
Tim has many years of experience working in the IT industry. This includes being an IT Manager for 15 years within a global pharmaceutical company, a Creative Trainer for Apple, a web developer and an app developer. Tim also found time to be a professional photographer and filmmaker at the weekends. Tim uses his digital experience to develop various creative projects for 20Twenty Productions. Tim has a BSc (First) in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Consumer Psychology.

Max Louth
Director, Programme Manager
Max first became involved back in 2011 as a member of our youth theatre, and went on to volunteer with us for many years before stepping into a full-time role in 2018.
Since joining the staff team, Max has played a key part in shaping our creative learning programme for schools and has also taken on the role of Line Manager for Phoenix and Liv.
Max also serves as one of our Deputy Safeguarding Officers.

Tom Harlock
Music & Media Manager
Tom has worked with 20Twenty since 2011, helping us deliver a variety of music projects, the Big Sing, Rock Band, curriculum music as well as many other creative activities. Tom is a well-known local musician who regularly performs locally with his bands. Tom is an experienced studio musician and sound engineer, having recorded in studios in London and Cambridge. Tom has provided sound for many events over the years and enjoys the challenge of engineering a live band.
Tom also serves as one of our Deputy Safeguarding Officers.

Caden Bradshaw
Junior Developer
Caden has been a part of 20Twenty since the very beginning, joining us as a youth theatre young person. Caden joined us full time in August 2022 as an apprentice marketing assistant. Having gained his level 3 qualification, Caden is now our full-time Junior Developer. As such Caden develops, produces the session plans for and delivers many of our school based STEM activities. These include robotics and coding activities for primary and secondary aged pupils.

Kylan Nightingale
Business Operations Coordinator
As well as managing the wellbeing and social action team, Kylan developed a resilience project called Push Positive which is being run successfully in a number of primary schools with children struggling with their SEMH and with young people in Alternative Provision. Kylan is qualified in Bushcraft and a qualified physical health trainer, generally positive about active wellbeing.
Kylan also serves as one of our Deputy Safeguarding Officers.

Rhianna Regan
Wellbeing Projects Officer
Rhianna joined the 20Twenty team in August 2022. Rhianna started coordinating our social action and youth voice projects but very quickly found a passion for supporting others wellbeing. She manages our wellbeing projects such as the Wellbeing Ambassadors and 5 Ways to Wellbeing programme. Rhianna has a level 3 in Youth Work as well as being one of our Mental Health First Aiders.
Rhianna is also a racing kart driver and plays rugby for Peterborough Ladies XV

Liv Cross
Opperations Officer
Liv joined the 20Twenty team in August 2022 and is a key part of the organisation. As the first point of contact for our schools, she helps build strong relationships and ensures communication runs smoothly. She also manages the administration for our Youth Theatres, supporting young people and their families behind the scenes. Liv is always happy to help and assists on some of our wellbeing projects along side our Wellbeing Projects Officer. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her sausage dog, Benny.

Phoenix Nightingale
Project Coordinator
Phoenix has been part of the 20Twenty family for many years, he joined officially at the start of 2025. Phoenix leads the Push Positive project as well as working with other team members to deliver a range of creative projects in schools. Phoenix is a keen golfer and is always up for a game of football. He also has completed 6th form with three A levels and is about to start a OU course and get a degree in Sports and fitness.

Teigan Liebscher
Inclusivity Coordinator
Teigan joined the team in 2024 on a part time basis to ensure that 20Twenty Productions keep Inclusivity and Equality at the heart of our delivery. As someone who is deaf Teigan has first-hand experience of growing up with a disability and the challenges that comes with. Since joining Teigan has applied for and is now working on 20Twenty productions becoming a Disability Confident Employer.
Teigan set up her own dance company called Teapots Dance Company and delivers dance workshops for 20Twenty Productions.

Rachel Beeson
Chair (Non-Executive Director)
Rachel has had a long and continuing career in education. Previously a head teacher and deputy diocesan director of education for Ely Diocese, she now works as a consultant primarily for the national SIAMS (Statutory Inspection of Anglian and Methodist Schools) central team. Other current roles include chair of governors in a local primary school and trustee of a Church of England Multi Academy Trust. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, singing and spending time with family and friends.

Stuart Swan
Non-Executive Director
Stuart is a qualified primary teacher. He has led music and ICT supporting the wider curriculum through innovative, project-based learning. He has been an Advisory Teacher for ICT in the London Borough of Greenwich and Manager of the borough’s City Learning Centre scheme. In 2011, he established an educational technology consultancy with a partner (IE Solutions Ltd), which supports schools internationally in developing and implementing Computing curricula. In his role as Director, he has presented at global events. He has developed curriculum content for SAM Labs, KUBO, pi-top and LEGO Education.

Marian Savill
Non-Executive Director
Marian is one of the founding Directors of 20Twenty Productions. She is an artist with a strong ethical and sustainable practice exploring circular studio processes. Marian strongly believes creative expression is a vital tool for health and well-being, that everyone should have access to the arts and the importance of the role of the arts in the community. Marian is also one of our Board Environmental Champions.
